If you’re looking to buy or sell sports and gaming cards, check out eBay! *When you click links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. Affiliate programs and affiliations include, but are not limited to, the eBay Partner Network.

Ludex Web Collection Management is now live in Early Beta at collections.ludex.com. It’s a browser-based companion to the Ludex mobile app that gives you a full desktop interface for viewing, organizing, valuing, and selling your trading card collection. Your collection syncs automatically between the app and the web platform, so everything stays in one place.

This is a big step for collectors who use Ludex and have wanted the experience on desktop rather than only having the app. Here’s a full breakdown of what Web Collection Management is, what it does today, and what’s on the way.

What Is Ludex Web Collection Management?

Web Collection Management is a desktop and browser interface for your Ludex collection. Instead of scrolling through your cards on a phone, you get a full-screen table or grid view, column-based sorting, real-time search, and card detail pages that surface Ludex Estimates alongside recent eBay sold data.

It’s built for collectors who want a bigger canvas: easier browsing, faster filtering, and a cleaner way to manage the deeper side of collecting. Edit prices, add notes, and list cards for sale.

The platform is currently in Early Beta, meaning features are actively being added and improved. A changelog is maintained at collections.ludex.com, and you can submit feature ideas directly from the sidebar via Featurebase.

How to Access Web Collection Management

Web Collection Management is available to collectors on a Standard or Pro Ludex subscription. Free and Lite plan users don’t have access yet. If your plan includes it, head to collections.ludex.com and sign in with your Ludex account.

The Dashboard

When you sign in, the header shows two numbers right away: your Cards Count (total card entries, multiplied by quantity for duplicates) and your Total Value. Total Value is calculated using Ludex Estimates, AI-generated values based on market data. The number uses the midpoint of each card’s value range multiplied by quantity. This number updates automatically as market data refreshes, so you’re always looking at a current picture of your collection’s value.

The sidebar on the left stays visible at all times and gives you quick access to your Collection, the Ludex Shop at shop.ludex.com, the Discord community, and the Featurebase feedback portal. Your user menu, accessed by clicking your avatar or Account ID in the bottom-left, shows your account details and houses Integrations, Settings, and Log Out.

eBay Integration

Web Collection Management supports direct eBay listing through a connected seller account. To connect, go to your User Menu, select Integrations, then Connect eBay Account and authorize through eBay. Once connected, a green dot confirms the link is active. Note that this requires a US-based eBay seller account.

With eBay connected, you can list cards for sale from inside Web Collection Management without jumping between apps. Listing details pull from your card data automatically. To disconnect, follow the same path and select Disconnect eBay Account. Any live eBay listings you’ve already published stay active until you manually end them, and you can reconnect your account at any time.

What’s Coming Soon

A few features are currently mobile-only while the web platform catches up. Adding new cards still requires scanning through the Ludex mobile app. Lists, Decks, and Binders aren’t available in Web Collection Management yet. Clicking those tabs in the sidebar shows a “Coming Soon” modal with a QR code to jump to the app. These features are on the roadmap, and the changelog at collections.ludex.com tracks every update as it ships.
