Ludex TikTok Pokemon Cards Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions
No Purchase Necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored solely by Ludex, LLC.
Promotion Period:
The giveaway begins on July 9th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on July 16th, 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must follow the official @LudexApp account on TikTok, like the giveaway video, comment their favorite Pokémon set on the post, and share the video with a friend using TikTok’s share feature. Limit one (1) entry per person/TikTok account. Entries that are incomplete, automated, bulk-submitted, or fraudulent will be disqualified. Only entries submitted during the Promotion Period and in accordance with all entry requirements will be deemed eligible.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a set of five (5) Pokémon cards. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $35 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. The winner will be contacted via direct message on TikTok within 24 hours. If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.Ludex reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes and fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
General Conditions:
Employees, officers, and directors of Ludex, LLC, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, The Pokémon Company, or any of their affiliates.
